1. How long is processing and shipping ?
Processing time is 10-12 business days. Shipping varies (based upon checkout) via USPS/UPS. Business days do NOT include weekends, federal holidays, or personal time.
**Due to Covid-19, all shipping carriers are experiencing a delay in shipment . Please be patient! Any questions or concerns regarding your package once it has left Y.O.N.I facility (processed for shipping/in transit by the carrier) please reach out to the carrier via tracking number**

2. Tracking shows that my package was delivered but I did not receive it . What should I do ?
When completing an order, please provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, Y.O.N.I is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order . Please contact carrier for any more information regarding the delivery to complete an investigation. Have your tracking number available and ready to provide to the carrier.
3. My product(s) arrived damaged/broken. What should I do?
If your product(s) arrive damaged/broken, please email a picture/your name/order number to yonisistahs@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving your product(s) per tracking for further assistance. Allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
4. What if I cannot make/miss the pickup in which I am scheduled for ? *CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE*
Please notify us ASAP via email yonisistahs@gmail.com; via chat on the website; or via text/vms (no calls accepted at this time) to (706) 751-9090. You have the option of waiting until the next pickup or having your item(s) shipped (shipping rates apply)
5. Where should I store my products?
Keep your products in a cool and dry environment. Do NOT add water directly to your products. Adding water could decrease the shelf life and allow mold and bacteria to form.
6. How long can I keep my products?
Being that all the products are naturally made, they have a shelf life of six months up to a year after opening. Shelf-life will decrease if water is added to products.
7. Can I use the washes/soaps inside my yoni?
All washes, soaps/bars, and scrubs are for external use only . It is highly recommended to not use inside the yoni (vagina). We HIGHLY recommend spot testing before full use of any product due to natural ingredients and individual sensitivity levels. If irritation occurs, discontinue use
9. How do your discount codes work?
Discount code(s) can be entered in the pink box before checkout . Automatic discounts are applied at checkout without the need to key in a code, unless specified, otherwise. YONI reserves the right to cap discounts at any given moment/time.
